Stephen Poplin, M.A., calls himself a practical mystic. He is an astrologer, hypnotherapist, past life regressionist, Tarot reader and an interFaith minister. He is the author of several books on spirituality and reincarnation. He moved to Virginia Beach, VA , in 1981 to study the Edgar Cayce readings. During his 9 years there, he gave talks at the A.R.E. (Association for Research and Enlightenment) on Astrology and the Cayce philosophy and he was ordained at the Fellowship in 1988.
He has been a college instructor (philosophy & humanities) in Virginia, California and Germany. He was the co-director of the Astrology Institute West in California, as well as the former International Director of the Michael Newton Institute (hypnotherapy) while living in Germany.
He now has a private practice as a traveling shaman–giving talks and leading seminars. He is writing yet another book, this one on the topic of Eutopia.
