After service, Fellowship is hosting an inspired mystical ritual for Passover, led by Jerry Teplitz. Jerry is a cherished member of our family and he will lead attendees through the steps of the ceremony. The Passover Seder is a ritual feast at the beginning of the Jewish holiday of Passover. It is held after nightfall on the first night of Passover (and the second night if you live outside of Israel), the anniversary of the nation’s miraculous exodus from Egyptian slavery more than 3,000 years ago. The Seder meal in 2024 will be celebrated on April 22 in Israel (and 23 in other areas) after nightfall.
We will have handouts and everyone participates in this wonderful Jewish Tradition, that includes reading, telling stories, eating special foods, singing, and other traditions. Immediately following the ceremony (with inspired words and music) we will enjoy lunch together.
Note: The lunch will be a Pot Luck service, with dishes prepared by other attendees. Feel free to contribute by bringing your favorite food or beverage to share! If you would like to participate in other ways by setting up or serving others, we welcome you! Contact us regarding any details.
