Kendall is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and is currently studying towards her 500-hour certification. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, so movement has always been an integral part of her life.
Post graduation, Kendall was more heavily introduced to yoga while employed at a Continuing Care Retirement Community where she worked in the Fitness and Wellness Center. Observing people of various ages with different levels of physical and cognitive health move and breathe collectively was so beautiful and inspiring; this was the catalyst to her increased interest in yoga. Aside from teaching, Kendall works full-time and enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, and adventuring out with family and friends.
