Biography

Stephen trained and worked with Paul Solomon from 1976 to 1992. Together with his wife, Myrrh, he worked as Pastor at the Virginia Beach Fellowship Center. Stephen worked with Rob Pennington in their Houston-based management consulting / training firm, Resource International, taking the emotional intelligence inherent in Inner Light Consciousness (ILC) into the workplace. Stephen and Rob are recipients of the highest evaluations from ExxonMobil every year for thirty-four years for their multi-day training: Successful Work Relationships.
