Francis has been involved with the holistic healing approach championed by the Edgar Cayce readings since 1968, after an inadvertent, life-changing Spiritually Transformative Experience (STE). Trained by Dr. Harold J. Reilly in 1983, he went on to serve on the faculty of the School of Massage that bears his name from 1988-2000. There, Francis developed the Advanced Cayce-Reilly Massage course. His extensive background in Fine Arts, especially ceramics, honed his inborn intuitive “kinesthetic” sense of touch. He has taught courses in Ecuador, Great Britain, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany as well as in the United States to professional massage therapist groups. His “pet” course to teach is “Edgar Cayce’s Theory of Everything” © which he presented at the First Belgian Holistic Health Congress in 2015, at The Fellowship of the Inner Light, The Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) and elsewhere.
