Narrative: This talk will focus upon the Power of Now – the power of living fully in the present moment, fully connected with the Source of our Being – our True Self. This talk postulates that it is our egoic mind (i.e., the story that we have created that tells us who we think we are) that separates us from our true identity and is thereby the cause of the suffering that we experience in life. Lastly, the talk will present strategies designed to free us from our entrapment in the egoic mind and to awaken us to the fullness of our being.
